8th in a series of etudes spanning the circle of keys. Exercise is counterpoint in the form of a quasi-fugue. Being a romanticist, I've made the voicing less baroque in places for a fuller sound.

2003.05.27: added more phrasing detail to score, increased tempo to Moderato (God help you).
