The 13th in a series of 24 etudes spanning the circle of keys. This is my attempt at a "black-key" etude. The melody was inspired by Rachmaninov's Etude-Tableaux Op.33 No 3 in c minor. The tuplets switch between 10, 9 & 8.

2002.05.31: I finally got a chance to play through this etude...i only had to change about 4 notes to make a certain passage easier for the hand...other than that (and an extra 8va to make the ending easier to read) it is as i originally wrote it!
